I live in Louisiana this is also where my LLC is registered.
I have a consulting offer with a large company but before I become an authorized vendor I need Insurance. The company is a turbine manufacture and sells them to power plants. My role would be to manage the companies technical advisors.
This is what I would need:
Comprehensive General Liability
Comprehensive General Liability covering Contractor's liability for injury to or death of persons or damage to property including but not limited to the Work under this Agreement.
(i) Such insurance shall not exclude completed operations - products liability coverage.
(ii) Such insurance shall include broad form contractual liability and broad form property damage including completed operations
Minimum Limits
Each Occurrence $2,000,000
Bodily Injury (each occurrence) $2,000,000
Property Damage aggregate $2,000,000
If possible I would also like to get my auto coverage included.
Comprehensive Automobile Liability
Comprehensive Automobile Liability (including coverage for Owned, Hired and Non-owned Automobiles) shall be maintained in the following limits:
Minimum Limits
Per Occurrence $2,000,000
Aggregate $2,000,000 |
